We may offer an optional newsletter signup in the future. If you subscribe, we will collect and store your email address for the sole purpose of sending occasional updates, offers, and travel inspiration. Subscription is consent-based (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Every email will include an unsubscribe link, and you may withdraw consent at any time. We will never share your email with third parties.
Why We Process Your Data
We use the information you send us solely to respond to your stay inquiry — checking availability, answering your questions, and providing a booking proposal.
The legal basis for processing is our legitimate interest in replying to inquiries from potential guests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). By sending us the contact form, you reasonably expect us to use that information to respond to you.
How Long We Keep Data
Contact form inquiries are stored for a maximum of 12 months after your last correspondence, after which they are permanently deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner at any time.
Who Sees Your Data
Your inquiry is seen only by the owners of Gemini Villas. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. No automated decisions or profiling are performed.
